Night photo of the Lighthouse operation on At Tiaracht Island (westernmost of the Blasket Islands) I captured in 2021. An Tiaracht (mean Westerly Island) and thus the westernmost island of Ireland.
It's an uninhabited steep rocky island since 1988 the lighthouse there was converted to automatic operation and the Keepers were withdrawn from the station and therefore is now an excellent place for the seabird colonies with internationally important populations of Manx shearwater and European storm-petrel. Leach's storm-petrels have also been found there. Puffins, Auks and others.
